1. About this service

Reno Reviewer (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an AI-assisted renovation quote analysis tool operated from Australia. By accessing or using the service at renoreviewer.com.au, you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of the service

Reno Reviewer provides AI-generated analysis of renovation quotes for informational and educational purposes only. Our analysis is not a substitute for advice from a licensed quantity surveyor, architect, builder, or other qualified professional. You should not rely solely on our output when making financial decisions relating to renovation contracts.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering legally binding agreements to use this service. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Payments and refunds

Full reports are available for a one-time fee of $97 AUD (inclusive of GST where applicable). Payments are processed by Stripe. Once a report has been unlocked and delivered, we do not offer refunds except where required by Australian Consumer Law. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a report you paid for, contact us via our contact form and we will resolve it promptly.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the quote content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of generating your analysis. To provide the service, we may share your quote content with trusted service providers and subprocessors that process data on our behalf, including AI model providers such as Anthropic (Claude). Anonymised and aggregated data may also be used to improve the service.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to share
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our systems
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Resell or redistribute report output without permission

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reno Reviewer is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on the analysis provided. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant report.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
